The aim of this digital programme is to equip you with the knowledge and resources to develop psychological safety in the teams you lead and participate in.
This is a self-directed, online programme in which you will work through eight modules designed to cover the main elements of team psychological safety. These simple and easy to understand tools will help you test out and practise the key elements of TPS in your team and organisational setting.
